(1) The Corporation and the Bank of Ghana shall enter into an agreement which shall be reduced into writing in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding which shall provide for the following:

(a) the undertaking of examination on behalf of the Corporation;

(b) exchange of information or data with respect to distressed financial institution;

(c) sharing of information or data; and

(d) any other matters considered necessary by the Corporation.

(2) In preparation for an insured event, the Corporation shall work with members of the Scheme to ensure that there are adequate systems for the prompt transfer of data.
