IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for the Community Water and Sanitation Agency by section 18 of the Community Water and Sanitation Agency Act, 1998 (Act 564) and acting on the advice of the Board of the Community Water and Sanitation Agency, these regulations are made this 14TH day of December, 2011.
