In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires

“Commission” means Public Utilities Regulatory Commission;

“Committee” means Consumer Service Committee established under these Regulations;

“Public Utility” means a public utility within the meaning of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission Act 1997 (Act 538).
