(1) The Operations Sub-Code shall define

(a) the general operations arrangements,

(b) the obligations of grid participants, and

(c) The policies, criteria and procedures required to ensure a coordinated operation of the transmission system in a manner consistent with the security of supply and reliability requirements.

(2) The security of supply and reliability requirements shall be set out in a technical schedule approved by the Commission taking into account any expected or real constraints on the generation and transmission systems.
