A chief executive officer of a person other than a bank or insurance company, which acts as a trustee of a collective investment scheme, shall have experience of management and supervision of staff involved in the placement or investment of money for commercial purposes as well as involvement in policy decisions concerned with placement or investment in either a commercial, merchant or investment bank or with a dealer in securities, a finance company, a development finance institution or any other financial institution which deals with the placement or investment of money for commercial purposes.
