(1) A supplier of an appliance shall provide an information sheet which shall

(a) be in the English language,

(b) contain the information provided in the Third Schedule, and

(c) be in the form prescribed in the Third Schedule. 

(2) The category of the appliance shall be determined in accordance with the categories specified in the Fourth Schedule.

(3) The energy efficiency star rating of an appliance shall be determined in accordance with the ratings provided in the First Schedule.

(4) Where the supplier provides a product brochure with an appliance, the brochure must contain the information sheet.

(5) Where a supplier provides an appliance without a product brochure, the supplier must provide the information sheet with any other relevant literature.
