An enforcement authority that

(a) assists a person to contravene these Regulations; or

(b) Discloses information contrary to regulation 20, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to both.
