(1) The Commission may for purposes of enforcing these Regulations, act in conjunction with relevant agencies, and the agencies shall co-operate fully with the Commission.

(2) For purposes of sub-regulation (1), the agencies shall at the request of the Commission in writing, submit to the Commission records, information and data on dam safety that is in their possession.

(3) The agencies may assign some of their staff to the Commission to assist the Commission in the execution of its mandate under these Regulations.
