The Committee shall,

(a) through co-ordination and information exchange among agencies, advise the Commission on programmes, policies and technical guidelines for the purpose of enhancing dam safety;

(b) in the case of agencies vested with statutory control and management of dams, make available to the Commission, reports and information in respect of those dams; and

(c) perform any other functions determined by the Commission.
