(1) A member of the Committee shall hold office for a period as determined by the letter of appointment.

(2) A member of the Committee may at any time resign from office in writing addressed to the chairperson of the Board.

(3) A member of the Committee who is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Committee without sufficient cause ceases to be a member of the Committee.

(4) The Board may at any time revoke the appointment of a member.

(5) Where a member of the Committee is for sufficient reason, unable to act as a member, the Chairperson of the Board shall determine whether the inability would result in the declaration of a vacancy.

(6) Where there is a vacancy

(a) under sub-regulation (2) or (3) or regulation 35(2),

(b) as a result of a declaration under sub-regulation (5), or
