(1) Each accountable institution shall appoint a person of senior status as an anti-money laundering reporting officer who shall receive suspicious or unusual transaction reports from persons handling transactions for the accountable institution.
(2) The anti-money laundering reporting officer shall have the necessary skills and competence.
(3) In the case of an accountable institution operated by an individual, that individual shall be the anti-money laundering reporting officer.
