(1) A person who wishes to be registered under this Law shall apply in writing to the Registrar.

(2) An application for registration shall be supported by-

(a) a certificate conferring the qualification by virtue of which the registration is sought; and

(b) evidence of identity, good character and reputation and of authenticity and validity of any certificate submitted by the applicant.

(3) Where the Registrar is not satisfied with the documents produced for registration he may reject the application and the applicant may within thirty days of the notification of the refusal, appeal to the Council which shall determine the appeal.
