A person who, for the purpose of procuring the registration for himself or another person under this Law, wilfully makes or produces or causes to be made or produced, a false certificate either verbally or in writing and any person aiding or assisting him commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding ₵500,000.00 or in default to two years imprisonment or both.
