At the conclusion of the hearing of an election petition, the High Court shall, if it is of the opinion that a person has been proved to have committed the offence of corrupt or illegal practice in connection with the election to which the petition relates, send a written report to the Attorney-General giving the name and description of the person and the nature of the practice and such other information as the High Court considers relevant and appropriate.
