All assets, rights, obligations and liabilities of the Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation in respect of the Cocoa Products Division of that Corporation are hereby transferred to the Ghana Cocoa Marketing Board established under the Ghana Cocoa Marketing Board Instrument, 1970 (LI 660).
