(1) All members of a Regional Sports Council other than the Regional Commissioner or his representative and the Executive Secretary shall hold office for a period of twelve months.

(2) Any such member may, by writing addressed to the Chairman of the Council and copied to the Executive Secretary, resign his office.

(3) The Regional Commissioner may, after consultation with the District Sports Council which nominated him (if any) by writing addressed to any such member and copied to the Executive Secretary, remove him from office on stated grounds of misconduct or inability to perform the functions of his office.

(4) Any person ceasing to hold office as a member of a Regional Sports Council shall be eligible to serve again on a Regional Sports Council.
