Each District Sport Council shall comprise -

(a) the District Chief Executive or his representative who shall be Chairman;

(b) the District Sports Organiser who shall be an officer of the National Council and designated as Executive Secretary of the District Sports Council; and

(c) five other members nominated by the District Chief Executive after consultation with the Executive Secretary.
