PDFAny person who, for the purpose of obtaining a transfer of foreign exchange from Ghana to pay for goods or services provided abroad, whether on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person, willfully misrepresents the cost of those goods or services, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to the penalties provided by this Decree.
