The Secretary shall exercise such functions as the Council may assign to him but he shall in particular be responsible for:-

(a) recording the proceedings of the General Meetings of Fellows and of the meetings of the Council,

(b) the conduct of the Academy's correspondence,

(c) the custody of the Academy's records, and

(d) the publications of the Academy or of any organs of the Academy.
