Notwithstanding the repeal of the enactments referred to in paragraph 1 of this Decree the Timber Royalties Regulations, 1965 (LI 495) shall continue in force as if the said enactments had not been repealed. [As inserted by the Rents Stabilization (Amendment) Decree, 1966 (NLCD 103) s. 1].
