Without prejudice to a provision of this Act which empowers or requires the Court to dismiss a petition for divorce, nothing in an enactment or a rule of law shall be taken as empowering or requiring the Court to dismiss a petition on the ground of collusion between the parties in connection with the presentation or prosecution of the petition or on the ground of any conduct on the part of the petitioner.
