(1) Any person who obstructs an Inspector in the execution of his powers or duties under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand cedis, or to imprisonment not exceeding one month, or to both; and where an Inspector is so obstructed in a factory or shop, the occupier of that factory or shop shall be guilty of an offence. (2) Any person who-
(a) willfully delays an Inspector in the exercise of his powers; or
(b) fails to comply with the requisition of an Inspector in pursuance of section 75; or
(c) fails to produce any document which he is required by or in pursuance of this Act to produce; or
(d) willfully withholds any information as to who is the occupier of any factory, office or shop; or
(e) conceals or prevents a person from appearing before or being examined by an Inspector, shall be deemed to obstruct an Inspector in the execution of his duties under this Act.
